Turning Insert: WNMG543ENG AC830P, Carbide. Al2O3 Coated, Neutral, 0.4300" Long, 0.6250" Inscribed Circle, 0.0469" Corner Radius, 80 deg Trigon, Series TN. Sumitomo's AC810P, AC820P and AC830P grades are specifically developed for turning steels and stainless steels. AC810P is suitable for finishing of P10 steel materials. The AC820P is a P20 general purpose grade for turning steels and stainless steels. AC830P was developed to handle heavy roughing and interruptions in P30 material. With newly advanced substrates and Sumitomo's Super FF (Fine and Flat) coating customers will see longer tool life due to greater chipping and wear resistance.
