POLINOX® unitized wheels are made of multiple heavily compressed, non-woven layers, which are bonded together by a special grain/resin system. This particular bond results in non-woven products that create very good surface finishes and have high stock removal rate and long service life. These properties come into play especially when deburring, blending, finishing, and polishing soft metals, alloyed and high-alloy steels, as well as titanium alloys. This version for angle grinders and fillet weld grinders is designed for working on fillet welds and hard-to-reach slots and indentations. Medium-hard version with increased edge strength and service life for coarse deburring and cleaning applications.
