MITSUBISHI 800681 Trigon Insert Positive AlTiN Good performance when machining Carbon Steel & Alloy Steel. PVD coatings have properties such as toughness, low coefficient of friction and excellent welding wear and heat resistance. A fusion of the separate coating technologies, PVD and multi-layering, realizes extra toughness. Excellent welding resistance due to low coefficient of friction. Multi-layering of the coating prevents any cracks penetrating through to the substrate.
