MITSUBISHI DCMT11T308MK MC5015 55.0 ° Positive Insert MC5015 makes machining of high strength ductile cast iron easy. Will withstand interrupted cutting. Features new substrate and Mitsubishi's TOUGH-GRIP adhesion layer. The newly developed TOUGH-GRIP interlayer takes advantage of a controlled crystalline, nano-scale, structure to prevent spalling of the Al2O3 layer. The Nano-Texture coating has an extremely fine structure which provides superior wear resistance when machining cast iron. New chipbreakers balance cutting efficiency and edge toughness for greater productivity.
